The website is super easy to use, and the communication was top-notch all the way through. I even got update emails on weekends, which shows they really hustle. Sure, delivery took a bit longer and cost more from GB to Northern Ireland, but that’s just how it goes and isn’t something ITS can control. My full solar kit showed up in just over a week, which was impressive. I’d definitely recommend ITS, and I’d shop with them again for sure.

We've been collaborating with ITS since around the middle of last year. As everyone knows, the Solar PV market has been quite rocky, and sometimes the gear hasn't shown up when we expected it. However, we truly value the hard work that Jonathan and his crew at ITS have put in for us. There are plenty of other firms that just move boxes, but ITS stands out by providing excellent support along with reasonable prices. Much appreciated!

Customer Service Experience. I contacted a bunch of companies looking for just one answer. Jonathan from ITS was the only one who took the time to find the info I needed and got back to me. A lot of folks might think this is no big deal, but honestly, it's the little things that really count.

Fantastic service, showed up in less than a week. The only downside is that the delivery folks don’t give a heads up on when they’re coming, and we almost missed them.

I'm giving ITS a solid 5 out of 5. Considering the chaos during the energy crisis in mid-2022, they handled things pretty well.

PROS:
* They were pretty clear about stock shortages and the long wait times.
* My order arrived around the timeframe they mentioned.
* I liked the deposit option; it meant I didn’t have to cough up the full amount right away.
* Getting everything as a kit made it easier to figure out what I needed.

CONS:
* The customer/order portal back in 2022 was a bit of a hassle - hard to see what I had paid and what was still due.
* Delivery fees were on the pricey side (probably due to pallet shipping), especially compared to TNT, which can ship a Pylon 5k for under £20.

I placed my order back in June 2022. Now, in mid-February 2023, I'm just getting the rest of my order (the inverters), and let me tell you, it’s been a real hassle. Every time I shot an email to ITS, they did respond, but it took 'em a while to provide any updates. My first review seemed to ruffle some feathers, and I think that bumped me up the list a bit. Happy to say I’ve got everything I wanted now.

These folks are genuine and skilled. They follow through on their promises. No sneaky tactics to get you to cough up cash for insurance, subscriptions, or pricey shipping (yeah, I’m talking to you, Amazon). It’s such a breath of fresh air. The packaging was top-notch, and it arrived right on schedule.

The batteries arrived fine, but not having any tracking info for when they’d show up is pretty annoying. The other part of my order—brackets to mount the batteries—hasn't come yet, and I haven't received any updates from ITS. For something that costs over £4000, this is really disappointing.

Overall, my experience was decent; the team knew their stuff and assisted me in picking the right item. However, after waiting over three weeks for my delivery, I discovered that a portion of my order would be held up for an additional three weeks. When I made the purchase, everything was in stock, so I'm puzzled about what went wrong. Plus, the staff didn’t bother to contact me beforehand to let me know. This delay messed up my installation schedule, forcing me to rearrange the work.

I ran into an issue with my recent buy of a US3000 Pylontech battery, which wouldn't drop below 70 percent discharge, while the others in the setup went down to 15 percent. Ben at ITS connected me with tech support, and they helped me figure out a fix to get everything working smoothly again, so all the batteries discharge evenly in my PV battery system.
